Does it actually work?
It is a massage tool, so it works the way a good facial massage works: gentle, slow strokes toward the neck. You feel it right away: your skin feels awake and, on a puffy morning, the look of puffiness softens as you sweep. The more consistently you use it, the more it becomes part of how you start your day.
It will not replace a surgeon or change your bone structure, and anyone who promises that is lying to you. If you don't love it, you get your money back.
How is this different from a gua sha stone?
A stone needs oil, takes 5 to 10 minutes and is easy to press too hard. The brush uses thousands of soft bristles, so the pressure stays light by design. No oil, no mess, and it's done in about a minute.
Do I need oil or serum?
No. Use it on clean, dry skin. If you like, you can use it over your serum or moisturizer too.
Is it OK for sensitive skin?
The bristles are ultra soft and the pressure is light, so most sensitive skin loves it. Skip any area with broken skin, active breakouts or a flare-up. If you have a medical condition that affects your lymph system, are recovering from surgery, or are unsure, ask your doctor first.
How do I clean it?
Once or twice a week, rinse the bristles with lukewarm water and a drop of gentle soap. Squeeze out the water, let it air dry with the bristles facing down, then snap the lid back on.
Can I use it on my neck and body?
Yes, the neck and décolleté are part of the ritual. It is sized for the face and neck, so for larger body areas it works, it just takes a little longer.
