The 60-day promise

Use your Sculpt Brush™ for up to 60 days from the day it is delivered. If you don't love it, for any reason, contact us and we refund you in full.

How it works

1. Contact us through the contact page with your order number and the email you ordered with.
2. We confirm and refund the full amount to your original payment method, usually within 2 business days.
3. You do not have to send the brush back.

Refunds usually show on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Sets

For sets of 2 or 3 brushes, the promise covers the whole order.

Damaged or wrong item

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we send a replacement at no cost.

Cancellations

Contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we cancel and refund the order in full.
