Who we are
This store is operated by Amble, a trading name of MadeProducts, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce number 75622246), Terborgseweg 75-c, 7064 AC Silvolde, Netherlands. When these terms say "we" or "us", that is who they mean. When they say "you", they mean the person placing an order.
Ordering
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that the information you give us is correct. An order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. We can decline or cancel an order, for example when a product is out of stock, a price was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
Prices and payment
All prices are in US dollars. Prices exclude any sales tax that may apply at checkout. Payment is taken when you place the order. Launch pricing and other promotions end on the date stated on the site and cannot be applied to earlier orders.
Shipping
We ship to the United States only. Delivery times and what happens when a parcel is late, lost or damaged are set out in our Shipping policy, which is part of these terms.
Returns, refunds and warranty
Every fountain comes with a 60-day home trial and a 1-year pump warranty. The details are in our Refund policy, which is part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your state.
Use of the product
Fresh Flow is a water fountain for indoor use by dogs and cats. It is not a medical device and nothing on this site is veterinary advice. Use it as described in the setup instructions: keep the water level above the minimum line, rinse the pump weekly and do not run it dry. If your pet is drinking a lot more or a lot less than usual, talk to your vet.
Content and reviews
Everything on this site (text, images, the Fresh Flow and Amble names) belongs to us or to our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. If you leave a review, you give us permission to show it on this site and in our marketing, with your first name and last initial only. We do not edit reviews except to remove personal data or offensive language, and we never invent them.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow that limit, for example for personal injury caused by our negligence. We are not liable for indirect losses such as damage to floors caused by a fountain that was placed on a surface it could tip from.

Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place your order. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without affecting the consumer protection rules that apply where you live. If something goes wrong, contact us first and we will do our best to solve it directly.
