Where we ship

We ship to the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses.

Cost

Standard shipping is free on every order. No shipping fees, no handling fees, no surprise charges at checkout. All prices on this site are in US dollars.

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery takes 6 to 10 days after that. You get a tracking link by email as soon as the order ships. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day.

If your order has not arrived 15 days after the ship date, contact us and we send a replacement or refund you in full. You never have to chase the carrier yourself.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. If your tracking has not updated for 5 days, contact us and we look into it with the carrier.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we correct it. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot reroute it. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we reship it once at no cost.

Damaged on arrival

If the box or the fountain arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We send a replacement first and sort out the rest with the carrier ourselves.
