Where we ship

We ship to the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses.

Cost

Standard shipping is free on every order. No handling fees and no surprises at checkout. All prices are in US dollars.

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery takes 6 to 10 days after that. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or US public holidays are processed the next business day.

If your order has not arrived 15 days after the ship date, contact us and we send a replacement or refund you in full.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you spot a mistake. Once a parcel has shipped we cannot reroute it.

Damaged on arrival

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we send a replacement right away.
